Spring Break

I had a great start to my spring break!!!  I went over to Maddie's house and did many things:
~sweet frog frozen yogurt
~decorated a phone case
~hot tub
~made brownies
~beach
~made a strawberry smoothie
And much more.
That was this past weekend, as it is now Tuesday.  Hardwood floors are being installed in our house, hip hip hooray!  However our house is such a mess.  I am about to go to gym exactly 1 hr. and 56 min. from now and I wish we had morning practices.  It is raining and pouring and I wish it was sunny out...

M~A~D~D~I~E & E~L~L~I~E!  I want pizza! yum! I'm craving it! That was random... now a message from Maddie: I have reached the high point of boredom because Ellie is craving pizza so bad we cant get anything done!!!! Luv Maddie: now back to Ellie~ PEEEEAAACCEE MADDIE~ OOOUUUUTTTTT!!!

I had a great time at the Chocolate Festival!  It was amazing!  I suggest you go next year!  (Just make sure you go in at around 10:30 AM to beat the rush and get the most amount of samples)  I met Mrs. Virginia and she was so nice!  I <3 chocolate="" p="">

Olympics and Excellent Ecatalogs for Girls

Hello!  Have you been watching the Olympics?  I know I have!  I have been watching:

Cupcakes!

My friend and I had a sleepover at my house and we were watching Cupcake Wars!  We decided to make our own cupcake recipes! Here is what we came up with:
1. Movie Theater Cupcake
Dark Chocolate Chunk Batter
Buttercream Frosting
Plain Popcorn Pieces on the Buttercream Frosting
Movie Projector Fondant


2.The !Aloha! Cupcake
Sweet Coconut Milk Batter with Coconut Flakes to add Texture
Vanilla Frosting and Put into the frosting Pineapple and mango chunks
On the top a fondant girl hula dancer (with as many details possible)


3.The Floating Away Cupcake
Vanilla Batter with a marshmallow filling
Whipped cream topping
Light blue frosting in the shape of clouds along the rim
